Yes, as soon as you make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice.
Sorry, refunds are not possible.
You can use credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI to make payments.
At the time of payment, you can check which payment modes are available via Razorpay – you can choose the suitable one.
You will be refunded the amount. Please share both the payment details from your registered email address to : helpdesk@thementorpark.com.
Please note that The MentorPark does not provide any refunds for online/in-person mentoring/coaching, courses and workshops. Once you have made a purchase and gained access to our educational materials or mentor/coach no refunds will be granted.
INCASE OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS related to PUBLIC HEALTH, or NATURAL DISASTER at any given point of time; if the workshop/event is cancelled by The MentorPpark, only 10% of administrative processing fee will be deducted, the remainder to be refunded in full.
A proxy or substitute participant is allowed to attend the workshop, with prior intimation and mutual consent, at no additional cost.
